Water Powered Cell Phones

Interesting concept.  One part water – one part metal.  Put them together and you get hydrogen.  Use the hydrogen to produce electricity.  Water is obviously renewable, but having to change out the metal cartridge – appears much more like a battery, although they claim that in the future they will not need to replace the cartridge.  Hmm.  That would be nice, but likely?
